One-to-One Conflict Coaching

We offer personalised conflict coaching tailored to the needs of individual Centre Managers, staff, and Board members. Our coaching can be both preventative and responsive:


  • Preventative Coaching: We help build essential conflict-related skills such as awareness of conflict styles and conducting difficult conversations. This is particularly beneficial for new Centre Managers, aiding them in understanding team dynamics and fostering positive relationships from the start.


  • Responsive Coaching: We provide a sounding board for immediate support during specific or potential conflict situations, helping to navigate challenges as they arise.

Peer Support for Conflict Resilience

Supporting managers through peer collaboration is crucial for early conflict detection and management:


  • Peer Group Facilitation: We enhance existing peer groups by facilitating sessions where  managers can share experiences and strategies for identifying early signs of conflict. This collaborative approach promotes proactive conflict management.


  • Action Learning Sets: These sets are designed to deepen conflict-related skills, such as understanding conflict styles and performing conflict analysis.  Managers can share insights and learn in a safe, supportive environment.

  • Coaching Sessions: We provide individual or small-group coaching to help Board members develop conflict awareness and skills.  This includes discovering their conflict style and learning to handle difficult conversations.
